Join us for a facinating talk about the nature of stress, including current science on its chemical and physiological effect on the brain and other body systems; how stress is shared (and managed) with in a famiy, and some tools that parents can use to elleviate stress on a daily basis.
This discussion is FREE and open to the public. Childcare is available on-site for $15 per child.
Darby Saxbe, Ph.D, is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Southern California, where her research focuses on parenting, families, and the physiology of stress.
