Every First and Second week of the month, Gloria, The Lab’s own in-house Nurtionist, Dietitian and truly amazing vegitarian cook hosts cooking lessons with delicious recipes for healthy meals and snacks.
Every class is tailored to the ages and skill levels of the children particupating, but even the youngest will get a chance to mix, sift, stir and cut; and children are always free to make their own choices about flavor, seasoning, taste and texture.
We use only natural ingredients and always have non-dairy and glutten free alternatives.
Dishes can be enjoyed at The Lab, or taken home.
Ages 3 and up are welcome, and drop-off is available for children over 5.
Parents may stay and observe and participate, relax in out upstairs parent lounge, get some shopping done, or enjoy a cup of coffee at Found Coffee right across the street.
And commig soon: we will be adult classes in fermenting, brewing and other fun things to take place at the same time as the kids are cooking!
